    Yes. You can rent a car even without a credit card. Payment can be done through online, cheque or cash. We at taxirentmumbai ensure that you do not face any hassle because of any specific mode of payment.

  • What do I need to take to collect the car?

    You are only required to make a booking online or through call to avail our services. We believe in keeping things simple for you.

  • How much will I have to pay as a deposit at the counter

    You do not have to pay any deposit to avail our services. However, any damage from your end needs to be paid on actuals.

  • What if I am unable to make a booking online

    If for any reason you are unable to do a booking online, you can still do a booking with us on call. Just give us a call on 092222 32333 or 022645 56333 and we will fix everything for you.

  • What if I am not finding the car I need

    The type of car you are searching for might be unfortunately already been booked.Hence, it is not showing in the search results. However, you can always find other types of cars that may suit your needs.

  • What if i have an issue with the driver?

    Your safety is not only our concern but our responsibility. We take it up very seriously. If you face any issue with the driver pertaining to his behaviour or driving just give us a call on 092222 32333 or 022645 56333. We will handle it in the best way possible.

  • Is there a referral scheme ?

    We are working on it and will notify you as soon as we are ready.

  • How do I raise a complaint or suggestion ?
